Article 18. An inspection for type certification shall be performed with regard to the type design and manufacturing processes and condition after completion of manufacture of one aircraft of the said type.
Article 19. The form for a type certificate under the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Law shall be known as Form No. 10.
Article 20. The Minister of Transport shall, when he issues a type certification under Article 12 paragraph 3 of the Law, return to the applicant one each of the drawing list, equipment list and specification, the type certification number indicated on each.

Article 21. Any person who will make an application for an approval under Article 13 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application for change of type design (Form No. 11) in duplicate together with the existing type certificate and accompanying documents describing the matters relating to the change in accordance with the table of Article 17 paragraph 2.
2. The provisions under Article 17 paragraph 2 shall apply accordingly to the number of submissions and time of submission of the accompanying documents under the preceding paragraph.
